Surface has been ultra high water-jet cleaned to 30,000 psi (2127 bar)
by fresh water. All loose rust, blisters and surface contaminants have
been completely removed from the substrate. This type of ultra high
water-jet cleaning is best recommended for optimal long term
protection with the use of Royal Coatings.
